The Sr Staffing Specialist is responsible for contributing effectively and productively to the overall Staffing CoE’s goals, through the administration of strategies and plans to attract candidates, and effectively meet the organization’s hiring plans. Focus on improving processes and delivering a world class experience to both clients and candidates.
Experiencia y requisitos
Professional Degree English 90% preferred +5 years of experience in recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with any Activity Tracking System preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Effectively managing multiple priorities Ability to work with all levels in the organization and staff Flexibility and task oriented Sensitivity to confidential matters required
