• Follow-up on quotes via email and phone through rep sales channels. • Pro-actively log new information in the company excel spreadsheet database and communicate information to appropriate account specialist and inside sales supervisor/manager within mandated guidelines. • Respond to requests for information from the manufacture rep and account specialist • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities. • Keep information confidential. • Capable of following Company and Department procedures/policies. • Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times. • Cross training for other jobs is required so that employees can occasionally fill-in, when required. Additional or different functions may be assigned to the employee periodically.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration • 2 years of experience in administrative areas • Fluent English • Excel advances: pivot tables • Strong Organization skills; • Detail oriented. • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. *****Send your cv to email@example.com*****
