As a Revenue Operations Support you will be responsible for maintaining accurate offer and budget parameters within Oracle Trade Management and servicing quarter end close activities. Leverage best-in-class global practices to lead, develop, deliver and support enterprise wide programs and technology establishing Poly as an ‘employer of choice’. Your day to day: • Classification exercise of different Marketing Discounts and Rebate Transactions within the Trade Management Oracle system. • Super user access to Oracle Trade Management to service Business requests from different stakeholders within the organization to make modifications on offers and budgets. • Receive, Execute Requests on a timely manner. • Partner with Finance and Sales to better understanding execute request. • Responsible for Certain Quarter end control activities related to revenue cut-off. • Partnering with logistics contacts around the world to gather information needed for control performance. • Execute Adhoc Projects in an as-need basis.
Experiencia y requisitos
What you bring to the team: • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field. • 2-4 years of Accounting experience (Highly Desired). • 90% English. • Microsoft Office, Proficient Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc). • Oracle Trade Management Background (Desirable).
