Leading company in the Distribution of Packaging Material worldwide, requests Customer Service (Tech Support), works together with the IT team providing solutions to common needs, providing support to teams in operational and administrative areas, in its various divisions. Tasks to do: • Local and remote support to users, diagnose and solve issues. • Respond to IT support requests by phone or email. • Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and printers. • Verify computer configuration operating system applications. • Establish priorities and plan the resolution of customer and user requests. • Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention. • Handle a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner. • Build positive relationships by going the extra mile with customer service, making sure all questions are addressed appropriately. • Solves problems related to software, hardware, computer, server and security.
Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements: • Computer Sciences engineering degree (preferred), Computer Technician. • English 90 - 100 % • Minimum experience of 2 years (preferred) • Excellent communication skills • Windows 10 troubleshooting skills • Focused on Customer Service • Ability to multitask • Responsible • Proactive • Problem resolution.
