The Jr. Brand Manager will be a strategic thinker and a business driver, creating and executing short and long-term plans for the brand. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, the ability to parallel path multiple deadlines and a can-do attitude. Responsabilities: ● Drive short and long-terms strategies for retail channels to meet and exceed company objectives; partner with cross-functional partners to successfully execute. ● Build best in class partnerships with retail partners to effectively maximize working relationships and deliver on sales goals. ● Manage channel assortments to maximize productivity and minimize inventory liability; ● Provide bi-weekly sales recaps, ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed. ● Be in-tune with the beauty retailer landscape and identify opportunities to further drive the business.
Experiencia y requisitos
● Passion for cosmetics and beauty industry a must, interested in beauty trends. ● Fluent in English a must. ● Previous experience in Brand Management, Account Management or Internal Sales experience required. ● Must demonstrate strong strategic, analytical and creative skills. ● Detail-oriented with strong time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and work well with cross-functional partners. ● Team player ● Bachelor’s degree - focus on business or marketing preferably. ● PowerPoint and Excel.
