Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Manage Distribution assigned accounts/territories • Contact via email or phone prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship. • Prepare sales/quote information for customers. • Establish buying influences, budgets and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts. • Secure and place orders in the MRP system taking into consideration; request delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment. • Respond to Request for information (RFI) within a 24 hour period. • Respond to Request for Quotation (RFQ) - Meet quotation response goals ( 24-48 hour period). o Ensure costing/pricing is done properly • Analytic and sales minded individual who can work autonomously • Apply understanding of current business dynamics and key drivers specific to the distribution • Negotiate pricing within stated authority. • Challenge price reduction requests (inside and out) • Ask the right questions before lowering the price – no matter who asks for it • Close orders within the approved pricing authority level • Pro-actively communicate delivery information and expected late shipments with a revised date and reason for slippage. • Expedite and sample request processing with in a 24 hours period.

Experiencia y requisitos

• Previous experience in a similar function for an electronic components company • Excel, pivot Table, ERP • English 90% • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong Organization skills; ability to work in a fast paced environment. • Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task while remaining calm under the pressure.. • Committed to customer satisfaction – will work the hours to meet the needs • Detail oriented • Strong personality • Understanding of due diligence processes/prep work to find out • Customer/Client Focus • Results Driven. ***** Send your cv to leobardo.lopez@tecma.com*****
