Descripción y detalle de las actividades

o Develop a business partnership with functional operations and supply chain leadership to assist in decision making and achieve desired business results by positively driving accountability. o Drive operational productivity, identify productivity gaps, and assist in creating action plans for gap closure. o Partner with Engineering team to assist and support project cost tracking processes to better support the business. o Ensure compliance with Corporate Accounting Policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. o Prepares required accounting accruals, reconciliations and journal entries to support financial reporting while ensuring accounting procedures according to GAAP and SOX requirements. o Analyze and clearly articulate financial consequences of potential actions to help drive informed decision making. o Facilitate the reporting of financial metrics and scorecards that track the success of sourcing initiatives, cost savings projects, capital spending, and working capital management. o Support and drive efficient processes around daily, weekly, and monthly key business metrics. o Perform detailed financial modeling for business cases related to capital projects and cost savings initiatives including ownership of the review and approval process. o Develop quoting and margin analysis models for current and new products. o Supports financial reporting and monthly / Hyperion Planning. o Performs analysis that aids in the decision making process, helps improve profitability, and identifies new business opportunities. o Monitor monthly progress against budgets / targets and works with managers to ensure accountability. o Prepares month-end journal entries and account reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner. o Review Project/Capital spend to ensure that appropriations request accurately reflect the true costs and benefits of the projects.

Experiencia y requisitos

o Fluent in English. o Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. o 10+ years of progressive finance or operational experience. o Strong EXCEL skills and excellent communication skills are required. o Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. o Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key drivers of financial performance, particularly in a manufacturing environment. o High energy and confident ability to influence a continuous improvement culture. o Commitment to excellence and high standards.
