• Installs of Computers and Peripheral Equipment • Install Software Packages such as Operating Systems, Microsoft products, • May Provide Technical Assistance and Training to end clients • Responds to User inquiries concerning System Operations and troubleshoots Hardware, • Keep up to date IT inventory assets , Ensure entire process for retire IT scrap as well • Ensure IT devices meet corporate Security standards. • English required 70 % Spoken and Written • Installing Hardware such us Computers ,Peripheral Equipment , Monitors, Keyboards, Printers, Disk Drives, Scanners, Mouse, Phones, etc. for Specific Users. • Installing Software Packages such as Operating Systems, Microsoft products, Engineering, Design, CNC, Productions software variety, Administrative and other Software, in Specific Computers. • Provide Technical Assistance and Training to end clients • Responds to User inquiries concerning System Operations and troubleshoots Hardware, Software and Operator problems. Thru Solar-CAT and Turbotec tickets incidents administrative tool • Keep up to date IT inventory Hardware and Software assets • Place IT devices purchase orders • Ensure entire process for retire IT scrap • Ensure IT devices meet Corporate Security Standards • Lead and Develop IT project assigned • English required 70 % Spoken and Written
