- This position manages the implementation, interpretation, and administration of Ensambles Hyson human resources policies and programs. - The Human Resources Representative provides guidance to managers, supervisors and employees in all aspects of human resources. - The Human Resources Representative identifies areas to improve morale, leadership skills, and organizational effectiveness. - He/she will provide information and services to the client plants to enhance their competitive position and the profitability of the Company. - Promote a healthy work environment by ensuring uniform and fair application of Company policies and procedures and Mexican labor laws. - Responsible for maintaining production headcount requirements through coordination of recruitment and selection efforts of direct personnel. - Participates in market compensation and benefits surveys, tabulates data and submits recommendations as per findings to HR Manager. - Serves as a liaison between SBU Managers, supervisors and HR. - Provides assistance/counsel in labor relation situations to SBU Managers and supervisors. - Ensures coordination of employee relation activities with human resources counterparts in other Mexico/Rain Bird operations. - Responsible for elaboration of turnover and absenteeism reports and recommending possible corrective actions. - Responsible for on boarding process for new hires, training programs. - Ensures follow up with supervisors for contract process.

Experiencia y requisitos

Minimum qualifications: - 5+ years of solid general human resources experience in a manufacturing environment to include supervision, project management and team leadership. - Knowledgeable of Mexican labor laws. - BA in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. - Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. - Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); TRESS. Desired Qualifications: - MBA or related advanced degree.
