The Engineering Transfers Program Manager provides leadership and direction to all disciplines to ensure that the Technology and Design transfers meet or exceed the established project goals. The regular activities if the Engineering Transfers Program Manager are: • Managing the introduction of new products and/or processes to Reynosa Plant. This includes leading and coordinating cross-functional efforts to successfully address the following: • Materials: New parts, new suppliers, inventory buildup and transition plans, and obsolescence management. • Quality: Inspections plans, FMEA’S, process qualifications/validation, effects on process yields. • Documentation: DMR, FRR,S • Process Engineering: Tooling and equipment, IQ/QQ’s, facilities modifications, process mapping. • Production: Capacity planning, staffing, training. • Finance: Product costing, capital expenditures.
Experiencia y requisitos
Required Profile: • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, an advanced technical degree is preferred. • Engineering Master Degree or equivalent (preferred). • Bilingual English / Spanish preferably. Project Management, general computer skills ( Windows, MS Office project). • 5 years New Product Development and/or design/technology transfer experience, manufacturing and/or design background (preferred). • Medical experience (highly preference). • Leadership and initiative are critical. • Good Communications skills.
