Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and automation engineering. Solid knowledge and practical experience with Lean manufacturing practices (Kanban, Poka-Yoke, JIT, Value Stream Mapping). Strong project management skills and experience coordinating technical projects. Proficient in PLCs, control circuits, power circuits, machine vision systems, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics. Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office suite. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Design and application knowledge of ergonomic and machine safety standards. Ability to read and create technical drawings and specifications. Intermediate-advanced English (spoken and written). Desired Attributes Proactive, decisive, and able to lead cross-functional teams. High sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to perform under pressure. Experience mentoring or training junior technicians/engineers. Demonstrated ability to convert maintenance data into actionable metrics. Working Conditions On-site work in a production environment; may require occasional overtime or shift work to support maintenance activities and project rollouts.
